1. You must not
- Use the service for any illegal activity, or to facilitate illegal activity.
- Abuse, harass, threaten, defame, stalk or intimidate any person, including our staff.
- Upload or share content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other accounts, or any underlying infrastructure.
- Perform any security attack, vulnerability scan or penetration test without our prior written permission.
- Use the service to commit fraud, money laundering, or to deceive other users.
- Interfere with the AI by attempting to extract system prompts, override safety controls, or use the model to generate prohibited content (e.g. weapons instructions, malware, CSAM, targeted harassment).
- Resell, white-label, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service without permission.
- Use automated means to create accounts or generate excessive load.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
2. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is misusing the service, email hello@onepercentedgeai.com.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches, remove content, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, and where appropriate report activity to law enforcement. We will use proportionate measures and, where reasonable, give you an opportunity to respond.
