You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including journals, goals, habits, AI memory and account history.

If your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct or complete it. Many fields can be updated directly inside the app.
3. Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
You can ask us to delete your personal data. Some records (such as billing data we are legally required to keep) may be retained for a limited period as described in our Data Retention Policy.
4. Right to restrict processing
You can ask us to stop using your data while we investigate a complaint, verify accuracy, or in other situations recognised by law.
5. Right to data portability
You can ask for a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (typically JSON) and ask us to transmit it to another controller where technically feasible.

You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including direct marketing. You can opt out of marketing at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
7. Rights related to automated decision-making
We do not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
8. How to exercise your rights
Email hello@onepercentedgeai.com from the address registered to your account. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. We will respond within one month, and can extend that period by a further two months for complex requests (we will tell you if we do).
